Here's today's quiz. It's a well-known word, so you may all know it. 

今日のクイズはこちら。有名な言葉だから皆さんご存知かもしれません。

正解は４番です。 

"バイト" is short for "アルバイト". Part-time work in Japanese is used almost synonymously with part-timer. There is a section that somehow refers to student part-timers as "アルバイト" ,the rest are called "パート". But there is no clear distinction between the two. 

バイト、とはアルバイトのことを指します。 日本語でいうアルバイトは、パートタイマーとほぼ同義の意味で使われます。なんとなく、学生のパートタイマーのことをアルバイト、と呼んでいる節はありますが、この二つを明確に区別することはできません。どちらも非正規雇用に含まれ、一般的には正規雇用者よりも短時間な労働をしている人のことを言います。
