It is summer in Japan, and it is very hot and humid every day. Summer holidays and Obon holidays are such summer events, and many people take consecutive holidays around them. Do you know the common phrase when working people take holidays? 

日本はめっきり夏めいて、毎日とても暑くてじめじめしています。そんな夏にあるイベントは夏休みやお盆休みいうわけですが、その周りで連休をとる人も多いです。 社会人が休みを取る時の常套文句を知っていますか？

The answer is [しようで]. 

答えは【私用で】です。 

It is similar to the English phrase "attend to a personal matter". When you take holidays, you don't have to say the specific details, so this blurry way of saying it is often used. 

英語でいう　attend to a personal matter に似ています。おやすみを取る時は具体的な内容を言う必要はないので、このようなぼかした言い方がよく使われますよ。
